Melissa Rombout, B.A., M.A., DRS.
Working independently or with design and architecture teams to
plan and produce creative and memorable experiences for the public,
I bring over 20 years' experience to international museum and
heritage project work. I am a Research Associate at the School
for Studies in Art and Culture at Carleton University (Ottawa,
Canada), New Media Advisor to the Department of Art and Music
at Simmons College (Boston, MA) and a Doctoral Candidate at the
Amsterdam School for Studies in Cultural Analysis. The focus of
my personal research explores the museum as a stage for visual speech.
